FIRST Recruiting
We are looking for passionate youth joining our award winning FTC team (8565 Technicbots) to explore engineering through FIRST robot competitions and have fun!
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Passion for robotics and engineering activities
- Excellent problem solving skills
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with a drive to initiate and see tasks through to completion
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Commitment to attending weekly team meetings year-round (held on Friday nights)
- Commitment to participating in seasonal tournaments
- Commitment to completing assigned action items to propel the team forward
- Commitment to engaging in all team outreach efforts
Skills and Experiences:
- Prior season FTC experience is strongly preferred

- Decision based on interviews and/or participation in our summer project for a trial period
- Final decision will be made before the kickoff of the 2024-2025 season.
